1. General Terms & Conditions for all Bonus-Promotions
and Offers

PLEASE NOTE: All promotional offers are available by Grand Privé Group invite only. All competitions, sign-up promotions and bonus-promotions are limited to registered REAL players, using USD, CAD, GBP and Euro accounts only.

The first time signup bonus is available to USD, CAD and Euro accounts only.

The following terms and conditions apply to all bonus-promotions and offers. In addition to these key terms, please ensure that you familiarize yourself with the specific conditions applicable to any promotion in which you are invited to participate.

1.Management and staff of GRAND PRIVÉ CASINOS (and those of any of its holding, associate and subsidiary companies), it's licensors, distributors, wholesalers or affiliates, it's advertising, promotion or other agencies, and members of the immediate families of each of the above are not eligible to participate in any bonus promotions. Should there be any confusion whatsoever as to the conditions applicable, please do not hesitate to contact us.

2. The standard casino terms and conditions shall apply to any and all actions between GRAND PRIVÉ CASINOS and the Player, and must be read with all relevant promotional terms and conditions applicable to each offer.

3. Bonus-promotions are only valid for the period as specified in the bonus-promotion offer communication, and are specific to the referenced casino and / or account number.

• Bets placed on all forms of Baccarat, Casino War, Craps, Roulette, Sic Bo, Black Jack switch, Pontoon and Video Poker Double do not count towards the bonus wagering requirement.
  
  
• The casino reserves the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player's original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the bonus is wagered on the above games, before the wagering on allowed games is completed fully.
  
  
• If you wish to play any of these excluded games, please contact support@grandprive.com and request to have your bonus removed before playing these games (please include your username in the email).
  
  
• After the first deposit bonus, bonuses will be given on the subsequent deposits only if you have no funds in your account from a previous deposit and deposit bonus (account balance plus bonuses is less than $/€/₤5), and have not requested a withdrawal. Any withdrawal or pending withdrawal will result in the void of the right to receive the remaining bonuses.
  
  
• The total maximum bonus amount that will be given for your first deposit bonus is $/€/₤100. The total maximum bonus amount that will be given for your second deposit bonus is $/€/₤100. The total maximum bonus amount that will be given for your third deposit bonus is $/€/₤100. The total maximum bonus amount that will be given for your fourth deposit bonus is $/€/₤100.
  
  
• Any discrepancies with funds in a player's account in any GrandPrive.com casinos may affect the player's withdrawal. Furthermore, their account status may be subject to review and could be suspended.
  
  
• New players in our Loyalty Club must wager bonus money through 30X before they can cash-in.
  
  
• GBP account holders need to wager bonus money through 35X before they can cash-in.  

4. Each individual player is entitled to one (1) account only. Winnings will only be paid to players having one account. In cases where a player has more than one account, winnings will be VOID.

5. Each player may only partake in one bonus-promotion per deposit. If a player receives more than one bonus-promotion per specific deposit, any winnings will be VOID.

6. For the purpose of all bonus-promotions, dates and times shall be calculated according to Eastern Standard Time (EST) which is (GMT minus 5).

7. Where bonus-promotions are specifically addressed to an individual / casino account, offers are only valid in respect of the casino and casino account number, as specified in the bonus-promotion notification communication (offer).

8. Irregularities between the name of the casino account holder, and the name of the individual identified with the method used to make deposits, will invalidate any offer.

9. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all deposits must be wagered, in full, at least once (1), before a promotional-bonus, specifically related to that deposit, will be credited.

10.The promotional-bonus offer may only be cashed-in after the amount wagered is at THIRTY (30) times the bonus amount (Unless it is a GBP account).

SPECIAL NOTE FOR GBP ACCOUNTS: Players playing in GBP (₤) need to wager 35 times any bonus amount received in any promotion, in order to cash-in.

• PROGRESSIVE JACKPOTS: All wins will be paid out immediately and in full.
  
  
• You are aware of and agree that the maximum amount that a Player can cash-out is up to $10,000 USD (or the equivalent amount in EURO or GBP currency) per month. All amounts larger than $10,000 will be paid in terms until the full withdrawal amount is reached. Withdrawals depend on verification of all required documents as set in Point 19 under our General Terms and Conditions.

15. A wager is defined in the following example: If you wager 10 credits each on two spins of Life of Luxury, winning 10 Credits on your first spin and losing 10 credits on the second spin, your credit balance will not change, HOWEVER, this counts as 20 credits wagered in full and fulfills your promotional-bonus obligation. Players can use the Microgaming PlayCheck facility to view their wagers.

16. Promotional-bonus offers by E-mail are for the intended recipient only and cannot be transferred.

17. Any player deviating from the promotional rules will be disqualified, however, their original wagering amount will be credited to their casino account.

18. In cases where a player has been identified as a bonus abuser in THE GRAND PRIVÉ GROUP or any of its associated casinos, GRAND PRIVÉ CASINOS reserve the right to deny a player any download bonus on his / her first deposit. In such cases, the original deposit will be refunded, however, the player will not benefit from the bonus-promotion he / she is judged to have abused.

19. A bonus abuser is defined as a player who uses promotional-bonus money to deviously profit from bonus-promotions that are offered, in good faith, by the Casino with a view to gaining player loyalty. Such players generally accept bonuses, wager the minimum amount and immediately cash out. GRAND PRIVÉ CASINOS reserve the right to take appropriate action against such Players.

20. GRAND PRIVÉ CASINOS reserve the right to refuse a promotional-bonus for any reason deemed valid and appropriate including, but not restricted to, promotion abuse by a player.

21. GRAND PRIVÉ CASINOS reserve the right to close accounts at any time, particularly when registration information is discovered to be incorrect or misleading, or when casino management deems the player's participation to be of dishonest intention and practice, or when there is a history of charge backs on purchases made.

22. GRAND PRIVÉ CASINOS reserve the right to audit any and all cash-ins. GRAND PRIVÉ CASINOS reserve the right to reclaim bonuses or winnings for failed audits - the original wagered amount will be credited to the player's casino account though.

23. GRAND PRIVÉ CASINOS reserve the right to discontinue or cancel any promotion as and when management deems it appropriate.

24. The GRAND PRIVÉ bonus-promotions department is the sole judge with respect to any disputes regarding any promotional offer.

25. Each promotional-bonus rule shall be severable from each of the other rules and, if any rule is found to be void, invalid or unenforceable, for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in force and in effect.

26. The appropriate promotion-bonus will be automatically credited to the player's GRAND PRIVÉ CASINO account: Within 24-hours or on the first business day, after the player has completed registration, and ONLY if the minimum, appropriate wagering requirements have been met.

27. All competitions and bonus-promotions are limited to registered REAL players at GRAND PRIVÉ CASINOs only.

28. In order to qualify for subsequent promotion-bonuses, the Player will need to make a minimum purchase of $20 between the last bonus credited to their casino account and the date of their application for the next bonus offer.

29. Non-compliance with all promotion terms and conditions shall be deemed to be 'Promotion Abuse' and, as such, gives THE GRAND PRIVÉ GROUP's Management the right to, at its sole discretion, take appropriate actions in order to facilitate a gaming experience that is fair, entertaining and beneficial to all parties involved.

30. By taking up any GRAND PRIVÉ offer, and playing in our Casinos, the Player acknowledges that any and all terms and conditions have been read and agreed to.

31. The Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular play. 'Irregular play' includes but is not limited to any one or more of the following types of play:

1. Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 25% or more of the value of the bonus credited to the account prior to the play - through requirement for that bonus having been met;
2. Using the double-up feature to increase bet values;
3. Even money bets on Sic Bo, Craps and Roulette”

1. This promotion is limited to the initial (first) purchase made by a first time new Real Player and for use at any one of the GRAND PRIVÉ CASINOS only. The definition of First Purchase is the first purchase made by an individual at THE GRAND PRIVÉ GROUP.

2. If you purchased $5000 you will receive a bonus of $500 for FREE.

3. The Purchased amount is required to be wagered to qualify for the EXTRA MILE BONUS promotion.

4. The EXTRA MILE - PURCHASE BONUSES promotions will be automatically calculated for ALL purchases made during the stipulated period, rounded up to the nearest figure and credited by the date and time stipulated in the offer document.

5.
